Unfriendly unhelpful staff who need to learn how to “SMILE” & have manners while dealing with customer needs etc. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not return. The hotel is overrated as four star when in actual fact is only a three star.

My check in / out took 2 minutes. Reception was friendly and smiling faces. Room was booked in Main building - Deluxe type, all rooms were pool view and some sea view if on higher floor. Room was good size. Nothing fancy but nothing to complain as well. Well, maintain looked nice and clean, basic amenities were provided. Good Ac. They have other side which are 2 floors and no elevator - mostly its superior and premier rooms. Premier rooms are mostly on the ground with good size veranda and sitting in front of each room. both building has their own pool. Old hotel but well maintained and they competed their renovation after covid only. Basic Buffet spread mostly thai items, but they have spilt vegetarian and non-vegetarian section. Location is very good - 5 min walk to the beach road and 5 min walk to bangla street. Close to all the eatery / massage / nightlife. Value for money property !!

We loved the location of this resort, and the beds were super comfy. We stayed in two different rooms, as we left and came back a few days later. Although one room was an upgrade to a suite, we preferred the garden room as found there was some noise on the beach at night that we didn’t get out in the garden. Pools were great, staff were great.

This Is a great hotel In every way, & the two large pools are a specially, and no chair disputes, I stay there every year for 58 days.the beach Is approx 500 metres away with plenty of water sports to keep the active people fit & healthy. Also, this superb hotel Is very central to so many necessary requirements that people need

- the hotel and rooms are clean and tidy. - rooms and beds are a good size. - staff from reception to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful - great location. 5 mins to the main walking street and 5 mins from Patong beach - Hotel has history. Well kept. - golfers, hotel is centrally located for the majority of the GCs
